Life keeps getting better

What a CRAZY 2 weeks I have had. The internship was mental. Literally. It went so quickly and we did so much! Research, ananlysis, design, document, collaborate, argue, laugh, comprimise... it was definitely a learning process and i'm so glad to be involved in it. We worked til the early hours of the morning every night for the past week to finish our presentation for the master plan of the cap of the 101 freeway (check out www.edaw.com/intern08 for further info). Anyway the project response from client and stakeholders was fabulous. It appears they are very keen to move forward with the project. All interns spoke really well and were not shy to speak to the community afterwards to further explain the project. I heard many positive comments and even though the model wasn't finished, they could see the concept and really liked it!

I met some wonderful people in this program from around the world - Americans, Europeans, Asians - all were unique and friendly so we got along quite well. Possibilities now appear endless for travel and work abroad... But I'm keeping that on the down-lo.

Later. T
